Yesterday we went to Pankhurst Wines about 25kms out of Canberra. It was unexpectedly hot, the autumn sun was burning my retinas & I overdressed with tights & a leather jacket. Add a bottle of cabernet to that mix & you've got me feeling pretty flustered!
I'm looking mighty sullen in all of the photos, there was so much squinting going on that it was pretty much unavoidable!

What an amazing view you had. I really like going to wineries, although I rarely do. One of my friends is getting married later this year and has her reception at a winery which should be lovely.
I hate when I dress wrongly for the weather, sometimes its just unavoidable. Im so happy the sun is still shining at this time of year :)

oh how typical I leave cold Canberra for Sydney and its done nothing but rain since Saturday whilst Canberra has clearly had some beautiful weather...It will rain on Sunday when I get back now I bet.
The sweeping hills in the background look beautiful...I can imagine (other than the slight discomfort) it must have been a really nice day.
