I've just returned from a week on the coast. I have hardcore post holiday blues.
We literally spent the entire week swimming, eating, fishing, drinking, laughing, sunbaking, reading & listening to music.
My body still refuses to un-relax.

I just got back from a week at the Gold Coast and am having the exact same problem! Why doesn't Canberra have a beach?
